This is my first attempt at a fanfic. The characters are taken from Holly Black's books: Tithe, Valiant, and Ironside. My story starts immediately after page 311 of Ironside. These books are very good, but I know they are not as widely read as some, so I have included a little bit of background info to help sort out the unknowns. I hope this story encourages more people to read her work. Other than that, I really don't know what I'm doing. Comments would be helpful.
